** About the Role
** The ideal candidate for the Vice
** President, Technology and M&A
** will possess the following:
* Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field, or a Bachelor’s degree with equivalent practical experience.

Experience building and leading cross-functional teams, acting as a change agent, driving continuous improvement and excellence

Direct experience with production AI/ML systems – from prototype through deployment and scaling

Experience evaluating or integrating technology through M&A, technical due diligence, or strategic partnerships. Able to produce clear, relevant, and accurate recommendations.

Proven ability to bridge technology, product, and business strategy – comfortable at all levels of the organization, able to communicate clearly with sales teams, product leadership, and deep technical practitioners.

Experience in legal, risk, compliance, or adjacent regulated domains is a strong plus
