A staffing agency focused on benefits consulting is seeking an Ombudsman Services Specialist to support members with benefits-related concerns. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to resolve disputes related to health and life insurance, income continuation and other WRS benefits. Ideal candidates will possess knowledge of benefit programs and effective communication skills. The position will primarily be remote but requires residency in Wisconsin.

Compensation is between $25-31/hour based on experience.
