Quality Management Supervisor

This position manages the day-to-day claims review including supervising and coaching associates, monitoring metrics, and ensuring adherence to performance standards. The incumbent implements best practices for achieving customer and associate retention.

This position is remote (within the U.S.A.) and does not require regular in‑office presence.

• Responsible for the day‑to‑day management of associates.
• Leads a high‑performing team through recruitment, development, and performance management.
• Provides guidance to resolve escalated issues or concerns.
• Ensures adherence to regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Monitors daily operational activities and provides direction to meet service goals.
• Measures associate productivity and performance metrics.
• Creates and distributes claim reports to management and other business areas.
• Applies policy provisions and knowledge of company philosophy to ensure compliance with the contract, legal requirements, and guidelines established by various states.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3‑5 years of related experience required.
• 1‑2 years of supervisory experience required.
• Experience with dental claims and insurance is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication is required.
