What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Workday Adaptive Planning, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, budget, and timeline
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize workforce planning processes and deliver measurable business outcomes
  • Establish and manage program governance, including project plans, business case development, and risk assessments
  • Support change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of workforce planning solutions across the organization
  • Provide regular status updates and insights to senior leadership to track progress and outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum 12 years of relevant experience or 10 years with an Advanced Degree in a related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in program or project management, focusing on HR or financial systems implementations
  • Direct experience implementing an Operational Workforce Planning solution or similar technology platform

    Demonstrated experience executing workforce planning processes post-implementation
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Advanced Degree (MBA, MS Analytics, HR, or related field)
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and experience driving successful adoption of new systems
  • Solid understanding of workforce demand planning and capacity modeling
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
