If you are interested…

You are:

• experienced - minimum 5 years of service experience required
• prior HVAC experience is preferred
• passionate about meeting deadlines
• full of integrity, character, and energy to help lead our commercial team
• great at organizing tasks and projects
• proficient with understanding code requirements, managing jobsite crews, and enforcing safety measures
• excellent at solving problems
• positive with your attitude and a great team player

You will:

• have excellent oral and written skills
• be the face of the company as you gain an understanding of the customer’s requirements
• coordinate internal and external teams
• manage a team of service techs
• create bids for residential and commercial maintenance plans
• stay ahead of game and plan for future service needs
• continue service training and be able to train service techs
• remain up to date on current industry trends
• have a clean driving record

• provide a full-time, permanent position located in Lincoln, NE with working hours of:
  Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm. A one hour lunch is included.
