What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Manage the service relationship for assigned customers, acting as the primary point of contact
  • Oversee daily service operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Monitor equipment performance and drive corrective actions while supporting service-based financial processes
  • Lead regular customer engagement through reporting and performance reviews
  • Collaborate with various teams to enhance overall service delivery
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 3-5 years of experience in service management or equivalent experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent preferred
  • Strong understanding of business management and service delivery processes
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and technical interpretation skills
  • Solid knowledge of financial processes related to service management
  • Experience in leading customer meetings and presentations
  • Familiarity with preventative maintenance practices and equipment lifecycle management
