• Define and execute the national strategy for branch administrative management
• Lead, mentor, and develop AVPs and senior managers to cultivate future leadership talent
• Own the design and governance of the branch admin program for scalability and efficiency
• Serve as a senior liaison between advisors and the enterprise to ensure alignment with advisor needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support recruiting, onboarding, and acquisitions

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in financial services and/or wealth management
• FINRA Series 7/66 or ability to obtain within 180 days
• 5+ years of experience leading distributed teams and developing senior-level talent
• Prior experience executing enterprise-wide strategies across complex organizations

• Series 24 strongly preferred (or ability to obtain)
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field
• Exceptional communication and executive presence to influence senior leaders
