PositionSummary
Leads and oversees the successful delivery of onboarding/client experience by developing talent, refining processes, executing strategic initiatives and placing emphasis on cross-departmental collaboration. This role will be responsible for guiding and mentoring a dynamic team of approximately 14 Pharmacy Implementation Consultants with the primary focus of retention, growth and maximizing the potential of team members.
Position is remote and can sit anywhere in US.
What you will do:- Reinforce a culture of accountability, collaboration, engaged and compassion while delivering on the HAW behaviors as outlined by enterprise.
- In conjunction with leader, analyzes the department's processes and procedures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to streamline and create efficiency for optimal client satisfaction.
- Oversight and escalation resolution ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Attends meetings with department implications and collaborates with multiple departments, fostering cross-functional collaboration and coordination to achieve personal and collective milestones.
- Communicates key insights and feedback from market, team and partners to leadership team for review and consideration.
- Conducts personnel evaluations and assessments, monitoring progress, identifying risks and issues, and taking corrective action as needed.
- Influencing quantitative and qualitative improvements requisite of talent development and growth trajectory of the organization.
- Employer tactful methods of bridging gaps between department and departments with dependencies.
- Steadfast representation of organization in internal and external settings.
- Counsels and mentors team members, providing guidance, support, and coaching to enhance their skills and performance. Leveraging personal experience and best practices to augment the skill set of team members.
- 5+ years' related work experience in pharmacy operations
- 3+ years' experience with direct PBM responsibilities
- 5+ years of leadership skills (hiring, mentoring)
- Adept at execution and delivery skills
- Experience with talent/skill development and mentoring
- Strong technical and functional awareness of Operations, Implementation and Onboarding
- Robust understanding and buy-in to culture/engagement
- Mastery of problem solving and decision-making skills
- Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:
$75,400.00 - $
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
