Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of sea experience, solid knowledge of maritime operations, and be versatile in collaboration and communication. Responsibilities include improving safety protocols, monitoring incidents, and representing the company in safety matters. This in-office role allows remote work on weekends and requires relocation to South Florida.
