Remote## Senior Project Manager Remote, United States The Senior Project Manager, NPI Ops will be responsible for facilitation, oversight and project management of projects related to supply chain.
** Duties and Responsibilities
*** Under general direction, and in accordance with all applicable government laws, regulations and ASP policies, procedures and guidelines, this position:
* The Senior Project Manager, NPI Ops will be responsible for facilitation, oversight and project management of supply chain projects, including introduction of new products and transfers of existing project lines
* Acts as subject matter expert in the fields of operations, supply chain, and manufacturing.
* Anticipates internal and external business challenges and recommends countermeasures or process improvements
* Manages extended operations team project resources.  Forecasts resource needs, proactively identifies resource issues, and works with leadership to identify solutions
* Sets clear expectations for team and establishes roles and responsibilities.  Coaches team members when necessary to ensure team goals are met
* Demonstrates an understanding of business partner’s needs and manages satisfaction relative to deliverables
* Coordinates and communicates with business partners to ensure the alignment of plan objectives to activities
* Identifies, monitors, and proactively mitigates/countermeasures risks.
* Responsible for communicating business-related issues or opportunities to next management level
* Performs other duties assigned as needed
** Qualifications

* Education:

* High School or Equivalent
* Associate’s Degree
* Bachelor’s Degree
* Master’s Degree
* PhD Degree
** Preferred:
*** Business Management or technical discipline with an emphasis on Operations / Supply Chain
** Preferred:
