** Assistant Vice President, Sales**, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
· Assist in planning and implementing growth strategies for new business  
· Plan and manage relationships with key field organizations  
· Lead field‑related quality assurance measures and compliance procedures  
· Serve as a liaison with home office leaders on marketing and sales matters  
· Plan and implement field communications, marketing initiatives, and sales projects (product development, training curricula, etc.)  
· Maintain strong relationships with field management and agents  
· Coordinate with other departments regarding sales administration and marketing needs  
· Provide support to field management and deliver business solutions as needed  
· Conduct all business ethically and in compliance with company policies, regulations, and the Compliance Program##
