• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• 4-7 years of experience in project management execution, with a proven track record of managing complex projects and leading teams
• Demonstrated knowledge and application of advanced project management concepts and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
• Passion for mentoring and equipping team members with the skills and knowledge to succeed
• Ability to work on-site in La Crosse, WI, with consideration for remote options for residents of WI, MN, or IA

• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Project Management Professional (PMP), or Project Management Institute Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certifications
