In this role, you will co‑lead a dedicated team of Early Childhood Specialists, providing both one‑on‑one management and essential supervision. You will collaborate with a diverse management team to design training and technical assistance programs, ensuring quality support for grantees.

- Implement a comprehensive quality assurance system for training and technical assistance.
- Deliver timely supervision, oversight, and coaching to Early Childhood Specialists.
- Design and execute professional development programs to enhance the capabilities of EC Specialists.
- Review TTA reports for accuracy and ensure timely submissions.
- Utilize data to inform decision‑making and enhance the quality of services.
- Conduct field observations to assess the effectiveness of TTA provided.
- Ensure coordinated support and messaging with Area Office staff.
- Participate in regional and national work groups and meetings.
- Provide direct training and technical assistance to grant recipients as required.
- BA or BS degree in early childhood education or related field.
- 7+ years of experience, with at least 3 years in TTA for early childhood programs.
- 3+ years of experience in supervision and management, especially remote staff.
- Experience in coaching and developing staff.
- Proven track record in managing projects and implementing quality assurance systems.
- Strong ability to use data for decision‑making.
- Experience in facilitating discussions and presentations in various formats.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Records check.
