• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• 4-7 years of experience in project management execution with a proven track record in managing complex projects
• Demonstrated knowledge and application of advanced project management concepts and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
• Strong mentorship mindset and a passion for equipping team members with necessary skills
• Ability to work on-site in La Crosse, WI, with consideration for remote options for residents of WI, MN, or IA only

• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Project Management Professional (PMP), or Project Management Institute Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certifications
