  • Reinforce adherence to LLBG’s operating system, routines and role‑model organisation by supporting consistent application of standards, meeting structures, and performance management practices on site.
  • Support the Operations Director in performance reviews, site follow‑up, preparation of operational deep dives, and cross‑site coordination.
  • Contribute to early identification of performance risks, execution gaps or capability issues, and elevate proactively to the Operations Director when needed.
  • Support capability building in operations, maintenance and CI by sharing good practices, supporting local improvement initiatives, and reinforcing problem‑solving routines.
  • Work closely with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, OpEx, Supply Chain and SHE teams to ensure issues are addressed quickly and sustainably at plant leve
  • Provide continuity and back‑up support during temporary plant leadership gaps, transitions or peak workload periods, under guidance of the Operations Director.
