Description:

Our Client, a savings and loan association, is looking to hire a Project Manager in Miami, FL.

• Define, document, plan and manages the implementation of financial systems projects as leader of cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams;
• Work with business users to identify issues and manage expectations;
• Manage issues and follow appropriate escalation procedures to ensure management awareness of problems that are severe in nature or exceeding documented targets;
• Ensure project participants maintain focus, motivation and execution;
• Manage internal project resources and external vendors;
• Deliver projects according to agreed specifications and deadlines;
• Maintain active and effective relationships with business users and technology resources.

• Experience with Business Analysis / Project Management with a focus on complex, multi-department implementations (5+ years);
• Experience managing projects in multiple phases of the project life-cycle;
• Experience with Commercial Lending or Residential Lending;
• Experience with Moody’s Risk Origins (preferred);
• Experience with Leasing (preferred);

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science and/or Engineering with the appropriate emphasis in Project Management.
