This is a full‑time hybrid/remote role for a Director of Franchise Development with a franchisor headquartered in Greenwood Village, CO, with opportunities for work-from-home flexibility. The Director of Franchise Development will oversee all franchise growth initiatives, develop strategies to increase franchise sales, and manage lead generation efforts. Key responsibilities include managing and optimizing lead generation strategies, negotiating terms, supporting prospective franchisees through the sales process, and collaborating on business planning efforts to ensure the success of franchise partners directly and indirectly.
The Director will also focus on maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, third‑party affiliates, including franchise coaches/brokers, and identifying growth opportunities to expand franchise operations.
- Proficiency in Business Planning and Lead Generation
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales and growth targets
- Familiarity with development processes and industry standards
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with both in‑office and remote roles
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant certifications or advanced degrees are a plus
