• Establish and maintain the company’s sustainability-related financial disclosure governance framework
• Lead compliance with sustainability-related disclosure requirements including SEC and EU regulations
• Oversee the development and implementation of standardized methodologies for Product Lifecycle Assessment (LCA) and Product Carbon Footprint (PCF)
• Design and maintain sustainability disclosure controls and procedures to ensure accurate reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability considerations into business decisions

• 10-15 years of experience in sustainability governance, reporting, finance, legal, or regulatory disclosure
• Demonstrated experience in integrating sustainability information into financial reporting
• Deep knowledge of SEC climate disclosure requirements, EU CSRD, ISSB/IFRS Sustainability Standards, and U.S. GAAP
• Experience designing governance and assurance-ready sustainability reporting processes
• Ability to travel up to 30-50%

• Experience in the chemical, industrial, or manufacturing sector
• Advanced degree in finance, accounting, sustainability, engineering, law, or business
• CPA, CFA, or similar professional credentials
• Familiarity with SAP, One Stream, Benchmark ESG, and Audit Board
• Experience supporting investor-grade sustainability disclosures and assurance
