This role is centered at the company's home office in Southern Indiana
.

As the Accounting Manager, you will be a key contributor in a lean, dedicated 7-person accounting team that is essential to the company's financial operations across its five major operating divisions. You will leverage your strong technical accounting skills in a broad, hands‑on role that provides critical support for the company's ongoing expansion.

• CPA certification is a must‑have (or actively pursuing with parts passed).
• 3–4 years of experience, preferably from a corporate or public accounting background, and ready to step into a management role.
• A proven track record of strong technical accounting skills.
• This is a hybrid role. Must have a willingness to commute to Southern Indiana 3 days per week.
