- Thorough knowledge of the P&C insurance industry and financial drivers of profitability
- Advanced degree, CPCU designation, or actuarial designations
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach junior team members
- Proven track record in consultative leadership and change management
- Experience in fostering an inclusive company culture and supporting employee resource groups
- Willingness to travel for enterprise and team meetings
