Under limited supervision of the Director of Mental and Behavioral Health, the Sex Offender Treatment Manager will be responsible for the development of and day-to-day operations of the Sex Offender Treatment program to include creating programming, performing administrative functions, directing and delivering evaluations and programming, supervising and evaluating the performance of program staff, developing and implementing strategies for the ongoing improvement/expansions of the program, and providing training and resources to staff who directly supervise sex offenders.
Qualifications- A bachelor’s degree and at least three years of professional experience in human service or social service programs where the primary focus was adult sex offender treatment.
- Supervisory experience or completion and/or enrollment in a leadership training program.
- This position will require travel which may exceed 50 miles away from home office. Flexible work schedule required.
