• Bachelor’s degree in finance, marketing, business, or a related field
• 8+ years of related work experience, including 5+ years in the personal lines P&C insurance industry
• Prior experience in state product management or related functions (e.g., pricing, product strategy)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence others
• Thorough knowledge of the P&C insurance industry and financial drivers of profitability

• Advanced degree or CPCU designation preferred
• Experience in consultative leadership and advanced negotiation skills
• Demonstrated ability to shape company culture and mentor junior team members
• Active participation in employee resource groups and cross-functional projects
• Willingness to travel as needed for role-related meetings
