Branch Sales Manager

We are an independently owned Mass Mutual firm headquartered in Memphis with a well-established office in West Little Rock poised for significant growth.

We are seeking a driven leader to take ownership of this office, shape its culture, recruit and develop advisors, and maintain a thriving personal practice. This is a rare opportunity to step into an existing platform with infrastructure, brand backing, and leadership support already in place.

• Establish and lead the office culture and standards
• Recruit, mentor, and develop approximately 3 advisors per year
• Grow and manage your own client practice
• Drive performance, accountability, and professional development
• Collaborate with home office leadership and support teams

• Proven success in financial services, wealth management, or insurance leadership

• Strong recruiting, coaching, and mentoring abilities
• Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership presence
• Track record of personal production and client relationship management
• Desire to build something meaningful long-term

• Strong base salary + overrides + production compensation
