We're working with a historic ENR Top 100 Contractor GC/CM looking for qualified (S)
PMs to join their travelling team with a focus in Advanced Manufacturing and Data Centers. This large scale self-perform group have upcoming projects ranging from $100M-$700M across the East Coast. Employee tenure is a major differentiator with many employees over 15+ years with the company. They are looking for the next group of long term leadership and will provide a clear path to these roles for top performers.

• Manage relationships with existing and new clients
• Control risk and risk factors
• Ensure estimates reflect the requirements of a project
• Maintain documentation, reports, and project records
• Manage and monitor project schedules

• 8+ Years within the construction Industry, Minimum 2 as a Project Manager
• Experience across leading mid-sized advanced capital projects $60M+
• Hard working and demonstrate ambition to grow within a company
• Excellent communication, decision-making and organizational abilities
• Fully on-site position, with remote work not offered
• Ability to operate independently, High Autonomy on Projects
