Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Director of Operations to oversee our operations in Santa Fe Springs, CA and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, with a proven track record of driving business growth and operational excellence. The Regional Director of Operations will be responsible for managing and optimizing all aspects of our operations, including financial performance, client satisfaction, and employee development.

• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and operational excellence in the region
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to achieve targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
• Lead and develop a team of operations managers and staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals
• Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure alignment and efficiency across the organization
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
• Travel within the region as needed to oversee operations and build relationships with clients and team members

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in a consulting or service-based industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing business operations
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Willingness to travel within the region as needed
