The Opportunity

This autonomous role suits an experienced professional who is seeking a new direction or a transition away from traditional corporate structures while still operating at a high professional standard.

This is a professional consulting engagement suited to an experienced individual contributor rather than a managerial employee position.

As a Leadership & Development Consultant
, you will apply your background in leadership, communication, and relationship management to support client engagement and professional development initiatives.

This is a remote, performance based role designed for professionals comfortable managing their own schedule and outcomes.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct professional outreach and initial engagement with prospective clients
  • Facilitate structured discovery conversations
  • Relationship management and ongoing client communication
  • Coordinate onboarding and follow-up processes
  • Implement communication and development frameworks
  • Execute digital campaigns and track engagement activity
  • Manage personal workflow and performance targets independently
Candidate Profile
  • Minimum 7+ years of professional work experience (leadership, corporate, consulting, education, operations, or client-facing roles)
