M&A Project Manager hybrid to MTV​/SF or San Diego

The M&A Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing critical merger and acquisition projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing due diligence processes, managing project timelines, assessing financial implications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution. As a full-time hybrid role, the position will be based in Mountain View, CA, with the option for some remote work flexibility.

• Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving, decision-making, and strategy development
• Expertise in Finance and Investment analysis
• Experience in conducting Due Diligence and assessing values and risks
• Knowledge of Accounting principles and practices
• Proven experience managing M&A projects, preferably in dynamic work environments
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced certification or MBA is considered an advantage
