* Serve as a liaison with external advisors (banks, legal counsel, consultants) during transaction execution.
* Contribute to target identification and strategic assessments, including market fit, asset quality, and competitive positioning.
* Build and review valuation models (DCF, IRR, NPV, accretion/dilution), scenario analyses, and financial risk assessments.
* Coordinate with Commercial, R&D, Finance, Supply Chain and other cross functional teams to assess feasibility, integration potential, and strategic alignment.
* Support internal governance processes including deal approval workflows and documentation.
* Work with integration leads and FP&A to transition financial assumptions and strategic priorities into execution plans.
* Identify and implement improvements in deal execution processes, templates, reporting frameworks, and internal collaboration practices.
* Support capability-building initiatives within the Corporate Development team to drive consistency and efficiency across transactions.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:
* Minimum of a Bachelor's degree required. Master’s degree preferred.
* 8-12 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, transaction advisory, or strategic finance, with a strong focus in pharmaceuticals and/or healthcare.
* Demonstrated experience in leading complex strategic transactions, including M&A, licensing, and divestitures.
* Strong financial and valuation skills, with a strategic mindset and excellent project management capabilities.
* Scientific and analytical fluency - ability to understand technical product information, R&D data, and therapeutic pipelines in context of deal strategy.
* Experience fine-tuning internal deal processes and improving cross-functional workflows.
* High emotional intelligence, attention to detail, and confidence in managing senior stakeholders and external partners.
