Technical Support Supervisor - Evernorth - Remote

• Salary up to $109,900 annually

• Manage and support a team of analysts while overseeing daily workload and assignments
• Remove barriers to ensure the team meets deliverables and commitments
• Drive ongoing staff development through regular feedback, coaching, and support
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on escalated issues to ensure timely resolution
• Provide technical and business training, overseeing system automation and maintenance

• High School diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• 2+ years of previous supervisory experience
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office products, specifically Excel
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while adapting quickly to changing demands
• Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills

• Experience managing a virtual team
• Familiarity with the Document Source Tool
• Strong people assessment skills to evaluate performance and inform coaching decisions
• Ability to travel occasionally as business needs require
