What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Lead strategic initiatives for California Auto, driving profitable growth across multiple products and distribution channels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of product plans and rate actions

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • 8+ years of related work experience, with 5+ years in the personal lines property and casualty insurance industry
  • Prior experience in state product management or related analytical roles
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority
  • In-depth knowledge of the P&C insurance industry, products, and competitive landscape

  • Advanced degree, CPCU designation, or actuarial designations
  • Demonstrated ability to champion company culture and support employee engagement initiatives
  • Strong consultative leadership orientation with advanced negotiation skills
