Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief Customer Officer based in Greater Chattanooga, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Chief Customer Officer will oversee customer experience strategies, manage key relationships with clients, and lead a team focused on meeting customer needs. Responsibilities include developing customer retention strategies, collaborating with sales and business development teams, monitoring customer feedback, and driving initiatives to enhance overall satisfaction and loyalty.

The role also involves coordinating cross-functional projects and ensuring timely and effective project delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Account Management and Customer Experience
• Proficiency in Sales and Business Development strategies
• Experience in Project Management, including coordinating cross-functional initiatives
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
• Strategic and goal-oriented mindset with proven ability to drive customer success
• Ability to analyze customer feedback and implement improvements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Experience in a senior-level customer-focused leadership role, with a track record of measurable results
