• Lead and manage a team of Inside Sales managers and representatives to achieve sales goals
• Coach and develop the inside sales leadership team against performance indicators and objectives
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and business results
• Facilitate communication between Inside Sales and internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance
• Oversee the timely exchange of information for reporting and process improvement

• 10+ years of work experience, including 5+ years in sales and 3+ years in a leadership role
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong analytical skills with prior experience analyzing call metrics
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to coordinate internal resources for nationwide sales team coverage

• Experience managing an inside sales center or equivalent, with vendor and retail pharmacy experience
• Familiarity with the diabetes industry or strong knowledge of diabetes treatment
• Experience developing training materials and quality management processes
• Strong hands-on computer and analysis skills
