Project Manager, IT Project Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager

As an Integrations Project Manager within Professional Services, you will play a crucial role in planning, coordinating and implementing the integration processes for all new entities and optimizing processes for our division of project managers and consultants. Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage end-to-end implementation and unification of Professional Service processes across the entire division.
• Planning, communication, executing on agreed integration plans for Professional Services.
• Serve as the primary contact for the integration project, coordinating all activities between divisions in the organization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify relevant KPIs.

• Analyze existing workflows and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement process enhancements to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and reduce manual effort.

• Maintain a centralized knowledge repository and management for best practices, guidelines, and project documentation. (SharePoint, Confluence)
• Curate content, organize resources, and ensure easy access for team members.
• Participate in internal projects to deliver efficient ways of working.

• Successfully completed university studies in the field of business, economics, mathematics or comparable studies.
• 3-6 years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of MS Dynamics (nice to have).
• Proficiency in data visualization tools - Power BI.
• Experience with Sharepoint, Confluence and other collaboration platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of project management & project accounting processes.
• Very good (spoken and written) level of English.
