Program Manager, Fellowships

• Lead the recruitment and selection cycle for the Fellowships program, refining criteria and coordinating review processes
• Manage cohort formation, including offers, contracting timelines, and public announcements
• Design and execute onboarding experiences for new Fellows and host organizations
• Establish project management systems and communication practices to support Fellowship operations
• Coordinate engagement between the Fellowship and other programs within the organization

• 5–7 years of experience in program management, grantmaking, fellowships, or cohort‑based initiatives
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder projects with overlapping timelines
• Strong project management skills, including planning, tracking, and execution
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear documentation
• Ability to operate independently and exercise sound judgment in a fast‑moving environment

• Experience with fellowship programs, grantmaking, or leadership development initiatives
• Familiarity with public‑interest technology or technology policy contexts
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Airtable, or similar systems
• Experience in international or cross‑geography program coordination
