Leadership Education Program Manager – Remote (U.S.) – San Francisco, CA About The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional based in the San Francisco area to guide participant engagement from initial enquiry through to full program involvement.

This is a remote independent contractor engagement, suited to experienced professionals seeking flexible, results-oriented work. It is not a salaried employment position.

Role Overview

As Leadership Education Program Manager, you will:

  • Lead the participant experience from enquiry through full program completion
  • Conduct structured virtual discovery conversations
  • Manage onboarding and engagement pathways for clarity, consistency, and satisfaction
  • Attract and engage participants via professional, compliant communications across approved channels
  • Guide participants through leadership programs and ongoing development initiatives
  • Monitor progress and outcomes, using insights to refine processes and enhance experience
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to support participant success and growth
  • Identify ways to improve operational processes and participant engagement
  • Represent the organisation and its programs professionally in all interactions
Who This Suits
  • 10+ years’ professional experience (HR, L&D, education, client engagement, program delivery, or related fields)
  • Comfortable managing responsibilities independently
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and virtual facilitation skills
