• Minimum of 10+ years of work experience, including 5+ years in sales and 3+ years leading teams
• Bachelor's Degree
• Proven experience managing an inside sales center or equivalent
• Strong analytical skills with experience analyzing call metrics
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage the department

• Experience with vendor management and retail/mail order pharmacy operations
• Familiarity with the diabetes industry or knowledge of diabetes treatment
• Experience in developing training materials and technical documentation
• Ability to coordinate internal resources for nationwide sales coverage
• Strong hands‑on computer skills for analysis and reporting
