As a Senior Project Manager, you will make an impact by leading complex transformation initiatives that enable clients to improve business performance, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver strategic outcomes. You will be a valued member of our Transformation Management Consulting team and collaborate closely with engagement leaders, cross-functional consultants, and client stakeholders.

What you must have to be considered- 8+ years of experience in project or program management within consulting, transformation, or enterprise change environments.
- Proven track record leading large, complex, multi-workstream transformation engagements (technology-enabled preferred).
- Strong command of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, risk mitigation, and executive communication.
- Experience driving readiness activities across people, process, technology, and operational work streams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Consulting experience with Fortune 500 clients or within large global organizations.
- PMP, PgMP, Prosci, Agile, or other relevant certifications.
- Experience with digital transformation, process reengineering, or enterprise portfolio management.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Ability to work collaboratively in matrixed consulting environments.
$98,853 – $
This position is eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of applicable plans.
