Responsibilities
  • Operationalize value-based solutions for clients and provider partners in a cross‑functional, diverse environment.
  • Relentless focus on optimizing program performance, including emphasis on execution, outcomes, continual improvement, and performance enhancement.
  • Provide project management to work groups to ensure CIN and VBC program success, including program launch, internal operations, and performance management.
  • Design project plans and work streams to support CIN and VBC program success.
  • Support the Network Management, Care Management, Medical Economics, and CIN CMO’s efforts to ensure key initiatives and projects are executed.
  • Collaborate with all members of the VBC team to ensure strategies are implemented, results are monitored, and areas for performance improvement are tracked.
  • Develop presentation materials for a range of internal stakeholders and clients as needed.
  • Provide awareness to VBC team members and management and champion the development and implementation of solutions for all issues/risks that impact success of all value-based programs.
  • Support client negotiations, contract facilitation, and contract management, including proper project scoping and project planning.
  • Obtain a quick understanding of multiple business areas and client-specific issues.
Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, healthcare, or related field required.
  • MBA/MHA preferred.
Experience
  • 5+ years of direct health care delivery or consulting experience with consistently increasing scope and scale of responsibility.
  • Demonstrated experience managing transformation initiatives, operations, performance improvement, and change management projects and programs in provider or payer settings.
  • Demonstrated experience in project and performance management with expertise in analytical frameworks and tools.
  • Experience working on accreditation and quality management projects, preferred.
