Job Description & How to Apply Below
Position: Now Hiring Title Manager 10 Years Experience Mineral Leasehold

We are seeking a highly experienced Title Manager with a minimum of 10 years of direct title examination experience, specifically in mineral, leasehold, and surface title. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and established industry relationships.

This is not an entry-level management role. We are looking for a professional who understands complex chains of title, mineral severances, allocation wells, leasehold burdens, and surface use implications — and can confidently oversee high-volume, multi-project workflows.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
  • Overseeing mineral, leasehold, and surface title review
  • Reviewing and approving runsheets, ownership reports, and curative plans
  • Identifying mineral risk (severances, pooling, allocation wells, depth limitations, active production)
  • Evaluating leasehold positions, assignments, and burden calculations
  • Managing and mentoring title examiners
  • Communicating directly with developers, land teams, attorneys, and operators
  • Ensuring compliance with project-specific title guidelines
  • Improving title processes and turnaround efficiency
What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum 10 years of hands‑on title experience
  • Strong mineral title competency (Texas experience preferred)
  • Deep understanding of leasehold and surface estate interaction
  • Ability to interpret probate, trust, and complex vesting issues
  • Established industry network and professional credibility
  • Proven leadership and decision‑making ability
  • High attention to detail and strong written communication
Ideal Candidate:

You are connected in the industry, confident in your analysis, and capable of managing both people and complex title matters. You understand how mineral risk impacts development and can proactively address it.
