We’re hiring a Field Training Manager to join our Learning & Development team and help shape how crews and leaders grow, train, and open new stands. This role supports field training across existing stands and leads the New Stand Openings (NSOs) process.

What You’ll DoDeliver hands-on, in-stand training for crews, MITs, and leaders.
Lead the NSO process.
Coach leaders to build confidence, consistency, and accountability.
Support MIT development and onboarding.
Capture and edit short training videos for Burger Blueprint.
Create and facilitate operations master classes.
Manage training enrollments, completions, and reporting in the LMS
What We’re Looking For- 4-5+ years restaurant General Manager, restaurant training, or restaurant multi-unit experience.
- Strong on-the-floor coaching skills.
- Comfortable traveling ~60%-75% across Texas.
- Experience with field training or new stand openings preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
