IT Core Clinicals
This manager position for the Community Programs team will lead the team of 4 analysts working on the Ambulatory Community Connect program and Epic Home Health module, Dorothy. The technical areas under this manager will include all aspects of Ambulatory Community Connect build: facility expansion for HMA, ambulatory orders, preference lists, profiles, In Basket pools, specialty build, and more. This role leads upgrade efforts, supports maintenance, and prioritizes enhancement requests.
The manager helps to create level of efforts for upcoming projects and minor enhancements for Community Connect. The manager will be responsible for shaping requirements for Community Connect build requests as well as completing some analysis and build alongside team members. Additionally, this manager will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of the Dorothy application, including support of the Remote Client.
Managing IT staff by recruiting and training employees, communicating job expectations, assigning projects/tasks, and monitoring performance.
Ensures staff alignment with mission and strategic plan
Ensures staff compliance with budgets, resource allocation, operational plans, and policies.
Ensures that projects stay on track and regularly communicates status to department leadership and business/operational leaders.
Regularly review/implement advances in technology and industry best practices.
Assists with preparation of operating and capital budgets following established guidelines and using benchmark data.

Bachelor's Degree (required)
Epic Care Ambulatory certification
Epic Dorothy (or Epic Care Home Health) is a plus
Technical hands‑on architecting experience is preferred
