• Oversee the successful implementation, cutover, and hand-off of projects to support
• Develop and manage the master project plan using automated project management tools
• Lead a multidisciplinary project team to achieve successful project completion
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, subcontractors, and internal staff
• Monitor and execute the change management plan as per sold contracts

• High School diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or 5+ years of experience managing complex deployment programs
• PMP and/or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification required
• Ability to obtain a background clearance as required by government customers
• Strong financial acumen and experience with project risk assessment
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and maintain CJIS Security and Privacy certification

• Experience with Public Safety communications systems
• Familiarity with project management applications like Smartsheets
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated team player with the ability to work collaboratively
• Capacity to think creatively and take initiative beyond defined responsibilities
