What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Develop and implement payroll transformation strategies to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
  • Oversee all phases of payroll system implementations, including planning, execution, and go-live support
  • Analyze current payroll processes to identify improvements and implement best practices
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, finance, and other departments to align project goals and outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations, identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in payroll management and implementations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • 5+ years of experience in leading end-to-end payroll system implementations within aerospace and defense organizations
  • 7+ years of experience managing payroll operations in compliance with regulations, ensuring high-volume payroll accuracy
  • 5+ years of project management experience overseeing multiple payroll or HRIS initiatives in complex organizations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with automation initiatives to streamline payroll operations
  • Knowledge of compliance and risk management related to payroll laws
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement and managing change within organizations

    Proficiency in creating business requirement documents and process maps
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach
