- Lead a team of professionals to provide accurate and timely information, anticipating needs
- Develop and implement strategies to meet personal lines budgets and membership needs
- Build and maintain productive relationships with internal teams, distribution partners, and regulatory bodies
- Support competitive product delivery and manage product lifecycle strategies
- BA/BS or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 10 years of related work experience, including 5+ years managing personal lines insurance products
- Strong business knowledge with a consultative, results‑focused approach
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to drive collaboration and teamwork across functions
