Role Description
This full-time hybrid role, based in Mumbai, involves overseeing operations and ensuring the smooth management of the firm. The Practice Manager/Operations Head will handle day-to-day activities including operations management, budget management, and resource planning. The role also includes leading a team of professionals, coordinating internal communication, monitoring project workflows, and optimizing processes to achieve organizational goals. Qualifications
Proficiency in Operations Management and Budgeting to manage project efficiency and financial allocation
Strong Team Management and Communication skills to lead teams and ensure clarity in workflows
Analytical Skills for evaluating business performance and streamlining operations
Ability to multitask, innovate, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with architecture and design practices is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is a plus
Proven experience in managing operations and team leadership, preferably in creative or architectural organizations
