Leave and Accommodations Consultant

We are seeking an experienced contractor to provide operational support for the Leave of Absence and Accommodation programs across North America and Latin America. This critical role involves managing increased case volumes and supporting major projects within the Lifecycle Solutions team. The position will serve as a backfill for an existing contractor supporting the Accommodations team.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to resolve leave and leave pay escalations.
• Audit and sign off on Leave Pay Reports within a 48-hour service level agreement.
• Support the Leave Pay to Payroll Integration project and update process documentation.
• Manage complex accommodation cases in compliance with ADA and Title VII regulations.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely resolution and adherence to service level agreements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and case tracking.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Update documentation to reflect current processes and compliance standards.

• 4+ years of experience in Leave & Accommodations, with a primary focus on this area.
• Experience in HR operations, leave management, or accommodation programs.
• Knowledge of ADA and Title VII compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high-volume, complex cases.

• Experience in big tech, fintech, banking, or finance is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with payroll processes and integrations is a plus.
• Service Now and Workday experience is advantageous.
• Understanding of working with a third-party leave vendor.
• Preferred experience in accommodations within a tech environment, navigating work-from-home and business needs in ambiguous situations.

The work environment offers a hybrid schedule with in-office work on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and remote work on Monday and Friday. The state-of-the-art facilities are located in large corporate buildings in North Austin. The team structure includes two dedicated analysts and two contractors for the Accommodations Team, and one analyst in Austin and one analyst in Bangalore for the Leave of Absence Team.

There is an additional hiring process currently underway for each team.

This is a Contract position based out of Austin, TX.

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $34.50/hr.
