We are seeking a Director of Operations & Client Experience to strengthen operational structure, protect brand standards, and support disciplined growth.
This is a senior leadership role within an established luxury business. The right candidate will bring calm execution, measurable accountability, and operational clarity to a high-touch client environment.
This role reports directly to ownership and has authority to implement operational systems, accountability structures, and performance standards.
Primary ObjectiveProtect revenue stability while building systems that allow sustainable, controlled growth.
Core Responsibilities Operational Structure- Build and refine standard operating procedures across sales, production tracking, client onboarding, and follow-up
- Implement consistent KPI tracking and weekly reporting dashboards
- Maintain CRM accuracy and oversee client lifecycle management
- Improve workflow between sales, tailoring, and production partners
- Identify and implement process improvements that increase profitability without compromising service
- Standardize white-glove service processes
- Strengthen retention and referral systems
- Ensure brand consistency across all client touchpoints
- Run structured weekly operations reviews
- Establish quarterly priorities and measurable benchmarks
- Create operational predictability that reduces reactive management
- Protect leadership focus by improving workflow discipline
- Coordinate marketing execution and campaign timelines
- Track advertising performance and ROI
- Align operational capacity with revenue growth initiatives
- 5 to 10 years in operations leadership within luxury retail, hospitality, or professional services
- Demonstrated experience building or overhauling operational systems, not just maintaining them
- Strong financial and performance metric literacy
- Systems-oriented and detail-driven
- Calm, steady, and emotionally mature
- Comfortable implementing structure within established businesses
- Values long-term brand reputation over short-term wins
Primary in-person presence in Tysons Corner required, with flexibility for focused remote work.
CompensationBase salary range 85,000 to 100,000 with performance bonus potential tied to operational excellence, revenue stability, and measured growth.
