• Experience full-time, entry-level employment in your desired career field.
• Participate fully in the daily activities of a particular team within the DIG family of companies.
• Receive mentorship from DIG leaders and team members to develop essential job skills for early career success.
• Grow your capacity for leadership through book studies, skill-building workshops, and candid discussions with company leaders.
• As applicable, coordinate or assist with special projects.
• Engage our Abilene community through a group service project.
• Exemplify DIG core values of love, growth, and community.

• Currently pursuing an Associate, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in a relevant field of study, or earned a degree within the past year.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership experience preferred—either academic, athletic, volunteer, or professional.
