Planning Teamlead Tielt

We have three leading brands: ITC, Modulyss, and Bentley. Our 1,000 colleagues are employed at our headquarters in Waregem or at one of our production sites in Tielt, Zele, or Los Angeles.

As Planning Team Lead at our site in Tielt, you and your team are responsible for creating, monitoring, and continuously adjusting the production planning for your site in order to further optimize service levels. In this coordinating role, you oversee daily activities to ensure that production schedules are optimally aligned with requested production capacity, available resources, inventories, and agreed delivery deadlines.

• You take on a planning role within the planning team;
• You are responsible for daily organization and setting priorities;
• You are the point of contact for the planning team, escalating matters when needed from a specific planning role;
• A daily check-in with the Service Director ensures that risks and opportunities can be addressed immediately;
• You lead the weekly alignment meeting with the planning team and the Service Director to discuss challenges from the past weeks and projections for the coming week;
• You provide input to the Service Excellence Coordinator to further optimize planning activities;
• You are regularly in contact with the Planning Team Lead at the other Belysse site to adjust processes when needed;
• You work closely with the Customer Service Team Leads, Service Excellence Coordinator, and production managers.

In this role, you will report to the Service Director.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through relevant experience;
• People management and coaching skills;
• Strong knowledge of Excel and SAP ERP – knowledge of SAP S/4
  
  HANA is a plus;
