We are seeking a Department Manager to oversee an efficient, productive and safe department within our Distribution Center. The role involves meeting or exceeding daily production requirements, ensuring quality and service standards, and maintaining a positive, motivated workforce.

• Manage day‑to‑day activities within the department, including planning, flow, and resource allocation.
• Develop and motivate associates, ensuring morale and company culture remain high.
• Build effective relationships with business partners, including counterparts, peers, Management, Union, Human Resources, Loss Prevention, and Transportation.
• Communicate effectively with associates, counterparts, peers, and management to improve operations.
• Ensure the area meets all Safety and Housekeeping requirements.
• Continuously review practices, methods, and processes; recommend improvements.

• Previous experience managing diverse teams of 20+ associates.
• 4–6 years of management experience.
• High School graduate; college preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication, coaching, development, mathematics, and PC skills.
• Proven ability to motivate teams, manage conflict, provide feedback, and develop other leaders.
• Available to support multiple shifts.

This position has a starting salary range of $61,000.00 to $79,700.00 per year. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
